Hydromel

Manually extracted from the honeycomb, our raw honey is strained and poured to become Hydromel. Cinnamon, black pepper and ginger come together to enhance its health benefits and singularity. Refered to as "Nectar of the gods" by ancient Greeks, Hydromel was believed to be dew sent from the heavens and collected by bees. Possibly the ancestor of all alcoholic beverages, Hydromel has enjoyed audiences across history, popular with Vikings, Mayans, Egyptians, Greeks and Romans alike. Many European cultures considered bees to be the gods's messengers, and Hydromel was thus associated with immortality and other magical powers, such as divine strength and wit.
